As an Asset Manager, Ramya takes care of the properties that are currently under Aspire management. She makes sure the operations are running according to the business plan and make strategic pivots if needed based on the changing market needs, which is possible by doing constant tracking and projections.
Aspire Ventures is a privately-owned real estate company focused on acquiring well-located “renters by choice” assets at a discount to replacement cost as well as building new assets.
